IO CREST USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C M.2 22x60 Expansion Card
The new AS3124 not only provides the fastest USB 3.1 performance but also reduces power consumption by up to 50%. It can deliver twice the performance of a Gen3 x1 connected controller. Single USB Type-C 3.1 connectors enable data transfer speeds of up to 10Gbps, which is twice as fast as USB 3.0. Powered by the ASM3142 controller with PCIe Gen3 x2 lanes performance, it supports up to 2A/5V on the USB-C port. The power cable needs to be connected to a Molex power connector for operation.
It features a single USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 port for connecting to a M.2 22x60 B+M Key Connection M.2 PCI-Express 3.0 interface (B and M Key). It complies with the PCI Express Base Specification Revision 3.1a.
No driver installation is required for MacOS 10.9 to 10.10, and 10.12 and later, as well as Win10/8, Server 2012, and later, and Linux 2.6.31 and later. However, please note that the in-box driver for MacOS 10.11 does not support the ASMedia USB 3.1. For 32/64 bit Windows 7/Vista and Windows Server 2008/2003, driver download is available.
