To place a heat seal applique on a garment, tote bag, placemats, sheets, or any other suitable item, please follow these application instructions:

1. Preheat your iron to the "cotton" setting. It's important not to use steam during the application process.
2. Position the design on the desired area and cover it with a thin pressing cloth.
3. Press straight down with constant pressure for 25 seconds. Avoid ironing back and forth.
4. Allow the applique to cool thoroughly before using the item.

Please note that heat sealing is suitable for cotton and cotton polyester fabrics, but not for rayon, nylon, or tri acetate fabrics. The appliques are machine washable and can be dry cleaned. We recommend using a delicate cycle in the washing machine and line drying them.

If you want to heat seal the appliques to polyester/cotton fabrics, please note that they should not be applied to rainwear (waterproof), highly elastic, rayon, nylon, or tri-acetate fabrics. Once applied, the applique will be permanently attached and can be washed, dried, and dry cleaned. Remember to turn the garment inside out before machine washing and drying.
